In August 2023, our technicians carried out an important maintanace intervention at the RANATULLO II SITE in the of the district JUNIN/SAN JUAN DE VIENA IN PERU on a DN 700 PN 43 SPERICAL VALVE.
The valve is in operation since 2014 and after this lead time, we have been involved to replace the movable and fixed seal rings as well as their gaskets.

Operations and work schedule:

For maintenance operations, 10 days of plant downtime had been planned. Our technicians, in cooperation with a local team, disassembled, cleaned, replaced the rings and seals in 7 days only and on the next day the valve was back in regular operation!

Operations performed:

PHASE 1 DISASSEMBLY

PHASE 2 CLEANING OF THE SEDIMENT INSIDE THE VALVE BODY AND VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE PARTS

PHASE 3 REPLACEMENT OF SEAL RINGS AND THEIR GASKETS WITH NEW COMPONENTS

PHASE 4 INSTALLATION OF THE VALVE ON THE PIPE LINE AND ROTOR ALIGNMENT

PHASE 5 VALVE COMMISSIONING

PHASE 6 DRAFTING OF FINAL DOCUMENTS
